Abstract
In this study, the change of the material flowinvolved in Kitakyushu Eco-town and the factor of distanceaccording to substance are analyzed along with the result of thematerial flow investigation over multiple years. Furthermore,this can be deleted the rate of reduction for natural resources,the rate of usage for energy and the rate of reduction for finaldisposal are also analyzed. The subjects of this research are 18enterprises located in Kitakyushu Eco-town in 2005 and 23enterprises located in Kitakyushu Eco-town in 2010. The resultsshow that not only material flow and haul distance but alsoenvironmental indicators were changed by companies located inEco-town.
